Bought size 34 but found it too loose around the waist and thighs. Exchanged for a 32, which fits as per the models.
Customer service could be improved with email status updates generally. I had to push the button to find out stuff, but apart from this, the experience was satifactory.

The Hybrid Trouser style and material quality are great

The Hybrid Trouser style and material quality are great, but the sizing could be a bit more accurate especially as the waist-band and material are elasticated. The style and length are perfect, but there was feeling of baggy-ness around the croch and thigh areas.
I ordered size 34 but have had to return the item to exchange to size 32.

The procedure for returning an item could also be improved - felt like a hide and seek experience, but got there in the end!

Trousers, tricky sizing as I’m a 31” inch waist so the 30 or 33 are okay but never a great fit sadly so I returned.

The basic t shirts are great and I have 9 of those.

Any knitted tops tend not to fit as well sadly.

Way to short in lenght, 32 not even close.

I use 32 in Carpenter Jeans, but these, way to short, and if i need 32 waist, then its lenght are to short.

Also when returning, i must declare some toll paper too.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

This depends on where your order is being delivered and the value of your order.

We currently send the following orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) up to these thresholds:

  • EU: orders up to €149
  • USA: orders up to $800
  • Australia: orders up to A$1000
  • New Zealand: orders up to NZ$1000

For orders within these thresholds, duties and import charges are covered by us.

For orders outside these thresholds, or for other international destinations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We always provide the correct shipping paperwork with your order, but customs clearance times and any local import charges are outside of our control and can vary by country.

If customs or import fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your Legend London order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return eligible items.

Items must be returned in resalable condition:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags attached
  • with the original clothing bag included

Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll process your chosen return outcome in line with our policy.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We currently offer exchanges to UK customers only.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If you’re outside the UK, or if you’d prefer a quicker option, we recommend selecting store credit through the returns portal. Once your return has been received and processed, your store credit will be emailed to you so you can place a new order.
