Free UK Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied about every order you place and make sure that you get your ideal jeans size we accept and offer FREE UK Exchanges on all products within 14 days of receiving an item as long as the item is still unworn, undamaged, unwashed, clean, and with original tags on.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept Returns on orders while the customer is liable for the Return costs, which in the UK is about £2.75 using MyHermes and £2.85 using the Royal Mail.
To welcome all our EU customers we offer a deducted shipping fee to all EU countries, which is only £6.99
International & EU Returns
We are working towards offering Free worldwide returns, however at this stage the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We accept international returns if the item is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, clean, and with original tags on. If you are based outside of the UK, we recommend returning your order via your local postal service at a basic rate, you are liable for the cost of your return. The customer is responsible for the product until we receive the Returned Item.

If you wish to Exchange an Item please Return the unwanted item back to us and purchase the new item(s) you wish to have. Once we receive your unwanted item(s) we then issue you a Refund.
Remember to keep your postage receipts, just in case your parcel doesn’t reach us.
Sale Items Returns
To make sure that we don't incur unbearable losses during our sales please note that items sold at 20% Off Sales can only be exchanged and not Refunded & Items Sold at £25 or Below cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
How to Return an item (UK Only)
To return an item, follow the following steps:
- Make sure that the item is meets our returns requirement (stated above).
- Download and print this Returns Form (click here to download).
- Fill the form and send it along with the item(s) within 14-days after receiving the item(s).
- Send the item(s) to the address given in the Returns Form. It is advisable that you choose myHermes or Royal Mail (2nd Class Delivery) as your couriers for returns because their shipping costs and services are reliable. If you are using myHermes, Go to my https://www.myhermes.co.uk/ to process your shipping and print your label then take your item to the closest Parcel-shop collector (92% of people should find a parcel shop within a 2 mile radius, if not contact us to arrange a pick up).
- Please keep delivery receipt as proof.
- Once we receive the item we will inspect it and give you a full refund (if meets the requirements) within around 7-10 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund usually within 7 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Changes on the Order
We are very quick at fulfilling our orders, if you wish to make changes to your order in terms of change of Address, Product, Quantity, Sizes, Contact Details, Name, etc. Please contact us as soon as possible to make these changes.
If your item was already fulfilled and shipped, then making these changes may not be possible and Legend London would not be responsible for rectifying those changes.
