Sizing chart is completely wrong. I ordered my size based on their chart and the shirt was 2 sizes too small. They want to charge me shipping back to the UK to return it and then another shipping charge to get the correct size. This is their fault and they should honor returns. Terrible customer support and experience. I will not buy anything again from this place.

Mateiral is good quality. Fit on the upper part of the body is ideal but v short in length and shrink after first wash. Size up

Love the top although very tight around neck area

The older no logo premium basics were my go to tshirts. I had every colour and wore them daily. They are now being replaced with these “Luxe” t shirts which cost more and the material is worse. Its a shiny material which is hand wash only and still shrinks after 1/2 wears. So sad they dont sell the older better version anymore.

We always provide the correct shipping paperwork with your order, but customs clearance times and any local import charges are outside of our control and can vary by country.

If customs or import fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

We hope you love your Legend London order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return eligible items.

Items must be returned in resalable condition:

with original tags attached
with the original clothing bag included

Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll process your chosen return outcome in line with our policy.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We currently offer exchanges to UK customers only.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If you’re outside the UK, or if you’d prefer a quicker option, we recommend selecting store credit through the returns portal. Once your return has been received and processed, your store credit will be emailed to you so you can place a new order.
