Duties & Taxes
For some destinations, duties and taxes are covered by us up to the below thresholds:
EU — orders up to €149 are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
USA — orders up to $800 are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Australia — orders up to $1000 AUD are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
New Zealand — orders up to $1000 NZD are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
For other destinations, or for orders above these thresholds, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delays and busy periods
We always aim to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks, as dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
