Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Legend London order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can start a return through our online returns portal.
Our returns portal lets you return eligible items, choose a refund, select store credit with a 5% bonus, or request an exchange where available.
UK customers can currently request an exchange through the portal. For customers outside the UK, we recommend choosing store credit if you’d like to place a new order for a different size, colour, or style.
Start a return
You can start your return through our returns portal here:
To create your return, you’ll need:

the email address used to place the order
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Our returns period
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return eligible items.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
-
unworn
-
unwashed
-
with swing tags attached
-
with the original packaging included
We’re unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or are returned without the required tags or packaging.
Return options
When creating your return through the portal, you’ll be able to choose from the available return options for your order.
Refund
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, please allow time for the return to be processed. After the refund has been issued, it may take a little longer for your bank or payment provider to show the funds in your account.
Store credit
Store credit is a quicker option if you’d like to place a new order without waiting for a refund to clear.
If you choose store credit, you’ll receive a virtual gift card for the value of your eligible returned item, plus an extra 5% bonus credit.
Store credit can be used on our website and can be used across multiple orders until the balance has been spent.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for UK customers.
You can request an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
If you’re outside the UK, or if you’d like to place a new order more quickly, we recommend choosing store credit through the returns portal.
Sale, outlet and promotional items
Some sale, outlet, Last Chance, or Final Sale items may have different return options.
Please check the product page carefully before purchasing, as some discounted items may only be eligible for store credit or exchange, and some Final Sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3 for 2 returns
Items purchased as part of a 3 for 2 promotion can be returned individually, but refunds are based on the promotional price paid for the order.
For example:

If you return one item, you may receive £0 refund

If you return two items, you may receive a refund equal to the value of one item
-
If you return all three items, you may receive a refund equal to the value of two items
If you’d prefer not to lose the value of the promotion, choosing an exchange or store credit may be the better option.
How to return your item

Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.

Select the item or items you’d like to return.

Choose your preferred return option, such as refund, store credit, or exchange where available.

Add your return reason and any comments needed.

Choose your return shipping method.
-
Repackage your items securely in their original packaging.

Use the QR code or return label provided by the portal.

Drop your parcel off at the selected return location.

Keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll process your chosen return outcome.
Returning from outside the UK
International returns can take longer to arrive back with us.
If you’re returning from outside the UK, please allow up to 21 days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.
Once your refund has been issued, it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
