REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you do not wish to pay customs duty fees, you can choose to refuse the package upon delivery which will then be returned back to us, a shipping & a handling fee will be deducted from your refund, which is usually the shipping cost we get charged by the courier company

What is your Returns/Exchange Policy?

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind, you can return valid unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods.

If you are in a hurry to receive your exchanged product(s),we recommend opting for the store credit option in order to place a new order which ships out immediately rather than waiting for your refund to be processed at our return’s facility.

We are offering a 5% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether

The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains original purchase value plus 5%. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the credit balance is used in full.

Our UK customers can opt for an exchange. This will be processed once the return item/s are received into the warehouse.

Separate orders cannot be combined for refunds or shop credit, each order must be processed individually.

Items in our outlet are non returnable for a refund or shop credit. Items with a value of £25 or less are not eligible for a refund.

Items Purchased with the "3 for 2" Promotion

• Items purchased as part of the "3 for 2" promotion can be returned individually. However, refunds will be based on the promotional price paid.
• If you return one t-shirt, you will receive a refund of £0.
• If you return two t-shirts, you will receive a refund of £37.
• If you return all three t-shirts, you will receive a refund of £74.

Exchanges

• You can exchange your item for a different size or colour and receive Shop Credit. Please include a note in the comments section for customer service when making an exchange request.
